7:45 a.m. Registration ends – NO EXCEPTIONS

7:50 – 8:15 a.m. Breakdown registration & set-up refreshments

7:50 a.m. Runners Warm Up

7:55 a.m. Richmond Road Runners give race instructions

7:58 a.m. Star Spangled Banner

8:00 a.m. Race starts

8:03/8:05 Walkers / Strollers start the race

8:20 a.m. Runners finish race

8:50 – 9:15 a.m. Walkers finish race

8:30 – 9:45 Music / Refreshments / Exhibitor area

9:45 a.m. ** General announcements

9:50 a.m. ** Runner prizes awarded

10:05 a.m. ** Door prizes awarded

10:20 a.m. ** Close of Race / Thanks to everyone
